Baseline Screening Assessment (BSA) Pricing
Purpose is to sample every room in the property, including all bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dinning, hallway, bathroom, en-suite, separate toilet, laundry, internal and external garage
- Up to 10 samples (1–10 rooms) = 1 to 3 bedroom home
- Up to 20 samples (11–20 rooms) = 4 to 5 bedroom home
- Greater than 20 rooms – please give us a call to discuss
Turanround time is based on 5 day, 3 day or 2 day option from the date the samples are taken. Normally we can get our technician on site within 48 hours on receipt of the booking.
10 samples (Up to 10 areas) – 1 Composite Group
5 Working Day Service – $269 + GST
3 Working Day Service – $299 + GST
2 Working Day Service – $329 + GST
11–20 samples (Up to 20 areas) – 2 Composite Groups
5 Working day service – $339 + GST
3 Working Day Service – $369 + GST
2 Working Day Service – $399 + GST
If individual sample results are required, Stage 2 laboratory processing is available at $109+ GST per sample.
